My name is Marcus and I’m a Sculpted Concrete Artisan
I’ve always had a fascination with reproducing the beauty of natural environments. My first exposure to realistic faux environments was the natural wildlife gallery at the Royal Alberta Museum, which inspired my attention to subtle realistic detail and my appreciation for natural composition.
I approach each project with the goals of realism and functionality. Carving each concrete form by hand, I can create something that looks authentic and natural while including design elements that make each piece functional. I believe the forms, textures, and colours of the natural world can bring something unique to our homes and businesses, especially in a place as defined by rocky landscapes as the North.
